Two-dimensional | Painting | Water colour

A pretty look from South to North trough the nave of the Nicolaikerk in Appingedam, a little town in the far North-East of the Netherlands. In the centre of the waterpainting we look to the "rug-positief" of this Hinsz-organ, built in 1744. The richcarved woodwork of this organ is made by Casper Struiwig. The church dates from the 13th century.
